It’s a daunting task when hiring a digital marketing expert to help your business grow and grow with your customers.

If you’re looking for a digital salesperson, a digital copywriter, a copywriting coach, a marketing director, or an analytics manager, you need to be more specific about what those jobs are, says Daniel Hochberg, senior manager of digital marketing for the accounting firm PwC.

A few specific roles are best, he says.

“You don’t want to be stuck with a job that doesn’t require a lot of skill or training.

The best digital strategy and marketing job candidates would be people who understand the value of your customers and have a broad experience in the digital space.”

Digital strategist You don’t have to be a professional or expert in the field.

“A digital strategist is someone who can understand how digital marketers can improve their marketing performance and their digital presence,” Hochenberg says.

You need to know what’s working in your market, he adds.

The role can be filled by someone who’s been in the industry for a long time.

“For a long-time, there’s been a need for someone who has been doing this for a while and can translate the concepts and expertise of their own work to the digital world,” he says, adding that you can hire a specialist to help you make sure you’re on the cutting edge of digital strategy.

The skills required include: understanding your target audience (such as demographics, demographics, and interests) and how they interact with your digital platform (such it the way your campaigns work and how the user engagement is measured)
