Microsoft is offering up an Xbox XS at $999 cheaper than it is currently selling the Xbox One, Microsoft said today.
The Xbox One model has up to 64GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, and is powered by a 7th-generation Intel chip.
Its $499 price tag is similar to the current Xbox One.
Microsoft said today that it would be offering a bundle with the Xbox X at the same price.
The Xbox X will be available exclusively at Walgreens, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, Staples, Toys R Us, BestBuy, Walmart and Microsoft Stores, as well as select online retailers.
The new Xbox One comes with a more powerful Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT graphics processor, the company said.
Microsoft says the Xbox S has up as much as 8GB RAM, 10GB internal storage and 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM.
Microsoft also announced it would begin selling a new Xbox bundle with a new XBox in August.
That bundle will be a $300 discount from the $399 price tag of the Xbox 720.
